Had a wonderful stay for my daughter's 18th birthday. We were met and shown to our room, which was beautiful and clean. Chocolates and biscuits delivered to our room on arrival. We had a fantastic view from our balcony. The staff were extremely helpful with anything we asked ie., directions, good restaurants, train timetables etc. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - St Mark's Square just around the corner. Would highly recommend this hotel - couldn't fault it, everything was perfect.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff and excellent service. Dinner in the restaurant on Easter was exceptional. A great experience.
